Saponificaton

The raw oil and sodium hydroxide solution are mixed into the saponification pot through a delivery pump. The saponification pot is designed with a jacketed thermal oil for heating. As the temperature rises, the grease and sodium hydroxide undergo a saponification reaction to form a soap base liquid. The soap base liquid is heated by the tube heater and then enters the vacuum drying chamber to cool and solidify into solid powder and fall into the screw granulator to form soap granules.

Soap Finishing Line

The automatic Toilet & laundry soap finishing line including Mixer, Three-roll-miller, Vacuum duplex plodder, Stamper, Cutter, Conveyors, and auxiliary equipment such as Chiller, Vacuum pump. This line is using soap noodles as the main material to make soap.
