Burkina Faso's 1000 kg/h laundry soap production line successfully delivered

The Burkina Faso client was a traditional soap factory with a 20-year history. Their existing equipment was severely outdated, resulting in high energy consumption and low production capacity, making it difficult to meet market demand for high-quality soap. We developed an equipment upgrade plan for them, replacing core production modules and optimizing the production line layout to improve space utilization.
After the upgrade, the company's overall energy consumption decreased by 35%, daily production capacity increased to 2.3 times the original level, and key indicators such as product texture and fragrance longevity were significantly improved.
