Key Machinery Specs of the 1000kg/h Automatic Laundry Soap Line

Aiming at the customer's capacity expansion and automation upgrading needs, we customized a standard 1 ton/h fully automatic laundry soap production line. The whole line realizes closed-loop automatic operation covering raw material mixing, fine grinding, automatic conveying, vacuum extrusion forming, fixed-length cutting and constant temperature cooling. The detailed equipment configuration and functions are as follows:

1. Laundry Soap Mixer

As the core starting equipment of the production line, it is mainly used for uniform mixing and fusion of soap noodles, grease, clean water, additives, essence and other raw materials. It ensures uniform proportion and stable quality of each batch of soap materials, effectively stabilizes the hardness, color and texture of laundry soap from the source, and provides high-quality raw material guarantee for subsequent fine grinding and standardized forming.

2. First Conveyor Belt (Mixer → Three-Roll Mill)

After the raw material mixing process is completed, the first special conveyor belt automatically transports the soap materials to the three-roll mill, realizing seamless docking between mixing and grinding processes. The whole process is fully automated without manual handling, which effectively avoids soap material pollution and material waste. The conveying speed is precisely matched with the 1 ton/h production rhythm to ensure continuous and stable production.

3. Three-Roll Grinding Mill

This equipment undertakes the fine grinding process of soap materials. Through high-precision three-roll extrusion and grinding, it fully disperses soap material particles and removes residual air bubbles inside the materials, effectively improving the problems of rough surface and porous texture of finished soap. The refined soap materials are delicate and uniform, which significantly improves the compactness, glossiness and overall quality of laundry soap.

4. Second Conveyor Belt (Three-Roll Mill → Vacuum Plodder)

The finely processed high-quality soap materials are stably and evenly transported to the vacuum soap plodder through the second conveyor belt. The materials are transported without accumulation or jamming, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted operation of grinding and forming processes, and keeping the whole production line efficient and stable.

5. Vacuum Soap Plodder

The delicate soap materials are sent to the vacuum plodder for vacuum negative pressure extrusion forming. It effectively removes air from the soap body, prevents the finished soap from hollowing, cracking and deformation, and extrudes compact, full and standard soap strips, laying a solid foundation for subsequent fixed-length cutting and standardized finished product molding.

6. Automatic Soap Cutting Machine

The equipment accurately receives the standard soap strips transported by the conveyor belt, and realizes fully automatic fixed-length and fixed-quantity cutting. The cutting edge is flat and the size is uniform without edge chipping or material waste. The operating speed is highly adapted to the 1 ton/h production capacity, supporting long-term continuous mass production and effectively reducing manual errors and labor costs.

7. Third Finished Product Conveyor Belt (Cutter Discharge)

Installed at the end of the production line, the third finished product conveyor belt automatically outputs the cut finished laundry soap, which is convenient for workers to centrally collect, sort and pack. It greatly improves the finished product sorting efficiency, realizes full-automatic line operation from raw material feeding to finished product discharging, and saves production labor costs to the greatest extent.

8. Industrial Water Chiller

Continuous grinding and extrusion operation of soap making equipment will generate high temperature during mass production, which is easy to cause soap softening, deformation and unqualified forming. The supporting industrial water chiller provides continuous constant temperature cooling guarantee for the whole production line, stabilizes the operating temperature of the equipment, avoids quality problems caused by high temperature, and ensures stable hardness and regular shape of finished soap during long-term non-stop mass production.
