The troubleshooting activity may be previously carried out through phone support; if the issue cannot be solved remotely, we quickly organize an onsite intervention of STING technician to promptly fix the problem and allows the production to start again.

Spare parts Service

We can also provide lists of critical parts adapted to the machine's model and year, that, according to our experience, we would recommend in order to avoid machine stop due to the lack of spares.
